Disapointing experience

Location is noisy with alot of pubs downstairs. Key card works intermittently. Gym equipment is old but usable. Breakfast spread is terrible. Only ate there 1 day and forgo another 2 days of my breakfast cos i wanted decent food given limited stomach capacity. For the price paid, will not go again unless there are good deals.

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC. The room was nice and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the opportunity for a late check-out due to work commitments. The service was great, and I especially enjoyed the view from my room facing the iconic TAR building. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The breakfast was delicious and a good start to the day. However, I noticed that the bathroom amenities did not include a toothbrush, and there was no bathroom mat provided. Other than that, everything else was good and well taken care of. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days

Its a good hotel but lacks customer service in the area of providing in room facilities due to staff shortage maybe. Have to keep on asking towels, in room amenities. Other than that nearby area is convenience for walk around & many dinning options to choose.

Good for a very short stay

The staff are very polite and helpful. I'm not sure how they rank star ratings, this property is not 4-star property. At most 3-star. Having said that. The rooms are spacious and recently updated. The location is great.

Higher end but still a Ramada! Wonderful outdoor infinity pool--large and shaded. Adequate gym, but only one weight machine. Breakfast with mostly Asian food and interesting. Try not to get a room near the elevator.
