From check in onwards staff very friendly and helpful directions re restaurants and places of interest . Had 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the pool. The pool had also a great separate childrens area not attached to the main pool. Also good poolside restaurant plenty of choices re food.would stay here again if in Kuala Lumpur.

My kids loved the pool area and kids play area. It’s a great family friendly hotel in a great location close to KLCC and twin towers. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was extensive with lots of options.

It's a big room compared to others. Nice toilet with bathtub and shower area, comfortable bed. But nearby do not have convenient store, overall a good stay, most likely will book again.
