terrible!!!! no one in the hotel to check us in at 8pm ! the hotel looks like been closed down for sometime. the entire hotel is just so dark!!! i want my money back!

HOTEL LOCATION FOR THE AREA CONSIDERED GOOD

THE ROOM GOT HEAVY CIGARETTE SMELL, THE BED IS OLD WHEN SIT ON IT GOT SOUND AND NOT COMFORT FOR SLEEP.

ONLY CLOSE TO WEDDING HALL THAT I MUST ATTEND.

HOTEL BUILDING MANAGEMENT IS DIRTY AND SMELLY. LADDER AREA AND SURROUNDINGS FULL OF RUBBISH LIKE OLD ABANDONED BUILDINGS. ESCALATOR DOES NOT WORK. DIRTY LIFT. RECEPTIONIST IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I WILL NOT RENT THE HOTEL IF IT IS NOT FOR THE WEDDING MADE AT THE HOTEL BY MY SISTER IN LAW.
