Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Avoid this hotel. My stay was a disaster from start to finish: • Health & Hygiene: I had a fever and there was no hot water (told it was "finished"). I couldn't even use the kettle because it was filled with a strange white residue. • No Basics: No Wi-Fi throughout the stay and the lobby water dispenser was empty. • Infrastructure Failure: A pipe burst, leaving the hotel with no water. My friends and many other guests were forced to trek to One City Shopping Mall just to use the public toilets to shower. • Broken Promises: Despite being told it would be fixed by 8:30 AM, it wasn't. We had to attend our 9:30 AM conference without showering.
