The staff was just fantastic. They made us feel welcome and always friendly. The location is right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and within 10 minutes walking distance to the Pavillion and Jalan Alor. Money changers and banks are next to it’s doorsteps.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were uninformative (I didn't realise my room rate included breakfast as they didn't specify and didn't tell me where to find it). Facilites were out of use during the whole duration. There was mould in my bathroom and towels stained and frayed at edges and the walls were thin, meaning I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and down the corridor.

Good location, everything within walking distance. Also really nice rooftop pool area. Ok for short stay. Breakfast ok, quite basic but acceptable.

Kompakti hotelli ja hyvä sijainti

Pros: Hyvä aamiainen ja erityisen hyvä sijainti.

Location: Metro ja Pavilion ostoskeskus muutaman sadan metrin päässä.

Kaupunkihotellissa sijati on tärkeä, tässä se on hyvä.

Quite new and cool hotel in a good place.

Pros: Freshness and the location.

Location: Good bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel seems to be quite new. Places were clean and everything worked well. Staff was very nice. Bar and grill in the first floor was nice. Chill to sit outside on the terrace before heading out into the night.
