Overall stay is comfortable, enjoyable, I appreciated all accomodations. Comfy bed, bathroom good, not at the crowd location but pretty close to KLCC, Petronas, Jalan Alor. Not super clean but meet my expectations, good deal for the price and specially warm breakfast.

This is probably my 7th or 8th time of staying at this hotel. It is always excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and it’s in an excellent location. Free breakfast is good but unfortunately gets too busy and noisy for first thing in the morning!

What i like most in this hotel is the easy check in and check out, front desk are polite and friendly. The breakast buffet is great and many choices. The beds and pillows are very comfi.
