As conversed on the phone with Sed C, my family was trumatised by the sudden shock at 18:30 of not able to check in Victoria Home Robertson despite prior sending numerous emails to Expedia & the hotel to confirm check in arrangement. We ended wasting 2 hrs of our vacation time working a solution With Expedia Sed to book again with Maple Home reception which is an agent at the hotel onsite to secure a replacement accomodation. Attach to Sed C receipts of our replacement accomodation. Expected Expedia to transact the compensation amount for d incurred cost on me.

Location was good but I will not choose to stay here again. Looked beautiful on the outside but apt was dirty with broken hangers, broken sofa, empty tissue box, dirty dish tower, leaky aircon and lots of drain flies

Communication at this place was terrible. When we checked in we were giving no information on amenities, check out time etc. When we arrived at our room, there was a lady (worker?) inside who immediately left before we could ask why she was there. The bathroom smelt terrible. We asked reception to fix the smell, we were told to boil water and pour in down every drain in our room which “should fix the smell.” We had to return to reception to ask what floor the pool and gym were on as there is no information available in the room or building. We were not told about the construction that would take place in the hallway and room next door to us. We dodged cables, ladders, fumes and the sound of drilling all morning before being texted a “gentle reminder” at 11:35am that check out was at 11am, though no information about checkout times were giving to us at any time.

Location was great, a short walk to Bukit Bintang shopping area and restaurants. Taxis easily accessible as well as train/monorail stations. Central location. Site is secure with 24hr manned security. The complex can only be accessed by guests via an access card. Easy check-in and check out.

こちらは短期滞在型アパートです

短期滞在型アパートで、ホテルのフルサービスを欲しない人にお勧め。 立地はアラルンプールの食事どころや観光地にアクセスしやすく便利でした。 シャワーからお湯が出ないといった設備のトラブルが無かったのもポイント。 問題点は、部屋に少なくない小さな蟻が出たこと。 電源コンセントの位置が使いにくかったこと（例:洗面所にコンセントが無いなど）。 洗面台の排水パイプから水漏れがあったこと。 防音が弱く、飛行機に音、教会の鐘の音、鳥の鳴き声が部屋に入っくるため、朝寝坊したい人にはちょっと厳しそう。私にとっては良い目覚ましになりました。

位置超讚, 非常方便, 就近車站和美食街! 另外是房東殷勤和貼心的服務, 記得有一天房內的wifi出現問題, 但房東都立即安排換房, 抱歉令他遲了收工!! 至於房間方面, 整潔乾淨, 所需設備, 一應俱全, 下次再去吉隆坡時一定會再入住!! 強力推介!!!

立地もよく、セキュリティが日本のホテルよりもしっかりしていると感じました。窓だけ汚かったのでマイナスポイントでしたが、それ以外は全て清潔で近くにコンビニや飲食店もいくつかあり、建物内にもあるので便利でした。安く広く泊まりたい方におススメです。

1泊だけの滞在でした。こちらはホテルというよりレジデンスです。ホテル入口が非常に分かりずらいです。看板にそって向かいますが、セキュリティカードが必要なドアと、セキュリティスタッフが滞在している車の出入り口のみで、戸惑いました。他の滞在している方に便乗してドアから入りましたが、建物が2棟ありどちらかもわからず、受け付けの場所もわからなかったので、what's appから登録番号にメールで問い合わせしました。受け付けはロビー？(外にソファがあります)に2つありますが左側です。デポジット100RMです。鍵はカードキーですが、少々面倒だったのが、どこのドアもキーが必要なのと、出る際もキーが必要だった事です。私達はサウスタワーの42階で、KLタワーが綺麗に見えました。プールは6階と、ノースタワーの42階に小さいジャグジーとプールがありますがここからツインタワーとKLタワーが見れます。ノースタワーへは6階から行けます。部屋はとても清潔でWi-Fiも快適です。キッチン横のドアを開けると洗濯機もあります。ただ、リビングのテレビやソファ側と片方の寝室の電気がつきませんでした。ベットサイドにランプがあれば尚良いと思います。近くにセブンイレブンもやレストランもあり、2bedroomで一部屋7000円ちょっとはかなりコスパ高いと思います。また是非利用したいです。
