booked 3 rooms of this hotel. the hotel didnt aware of our Expedia booking despite we prepaid the rooms, was told that their hotel was almost fully booked and they closed the Expedia reservation system. showed them the Expedia reservation and payment receipt only then we were given the rooms!!! first room was ok, only with a springy bed. second room was very disgusting especially with a dirty floor. the third room with a malfunctioned toilet pump. had to manually fill up the water in the pump before flushing the toilet.
