Oberflächlig

Straße zur Tiefgarage gesperrt-Agentur weist nicht darauf hin. Auf „unbequeme“ Mails wird nicht geantwortet. Reinigung nach Hygienestandards fraglich, denn Esstisch war klebrig, im Flur eine der Deckenlampen ( die in der dunkelsten Ecke-und wie reinige ich im Dunkeln?) defekt. Müllbeutel nicht vorhanden. 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 4 Personen und eine Woche Aufenthalt. Pfanne noch fertig, Toaster defekt, Minigrill überhaupt nicht gereinigt und mit Essensresten anhaftend. Unverständliche Anweisungen, wo Müll entsorgt werden kann. Diese ist in der Tiefgarage angebracht, die 4 Tage nicht genutzt werden konnte. Nicht ein einziger Hinweis in der Wohnung. Lage gut, Service und Reinigung unzureichend. Werde dort nichts mehr buchen
