Gute Lage

Gute Lage, Küche und Balkone nicht ganz sauber, teils in die Jahre gekimmen, Vorhänge nicht ganz i.O. und Rollos fehlten teils (waren wohl mal vorhanden). PKW Stellplatz in Länge viel zu kurz. Wenn vor und hinter einem lange SUVs oder Fahrzeuge mit Fahrradträger stehen (Fahrradträger bitte abnehmen wenn man dort parken möchte) kann man den Wohnungsstellplatz nicht nutzen und muss extrem teure Parkgebühr im Parkhaus zahlen. Ansonsten durchaus OK! Kühlungsborn ist immer schön.

Zu Empfehlen

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Viele Spiele vor Ort für Groß und Klein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, besser nicht genau hinschauen.
