Are you looking for a well-equipped and beautifully designed apartment in the historic Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, in a quiet location and close to the beach for the "most beautiful weeks of the year? Then please read on:

We rent a small, maritime 2-room apartment with a large roof terrace on the 2nd Floor of the historic house cooling (built in 1899 as "Hotel Union") in the center of Kühlungsborn-West - ideal for a cozy holiday for two.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers enough space for a nice Baltic Sea holiday for two on 33 m². A special highlight is the large roof terrace, which invites you to cozy breakfasts and relaxing evenings. At the beginning of 2019, we furnished the apartment anew.

There is a bike rental in the neighboring building; The nearest supermarket is 100m away, the fine sandy beach and Baltik-Platz are only 300m away.
The apartment faces east towards the courtyard and is therefore very quiet.

In the open living area there is a modern couch, a wicker armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a mini hi-fi system.
The galley kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 hobs and a fridge with freezer. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also included.

In the cozy, maritime bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (80 cm x 200 cm); a large built-in wardrobe offer enough storage space.
Attention: the access to the left side of the bed is a bit narrow and can be tedious!

The shower bath receives a lot of daylight through the skylight and offers a large sink with plenty of storage space and of course a hairdryer.

Of course, we offer our guests free WiFi (high-speed internet). An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also available in our apartment.
It is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. To the apartment belongs the parking space No. 13 (outdoor parking space). Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available to guests in the common areas of the house for a fee. Bicycle racks are also on the property.

This apartment offers its guests a rooftop terrace, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. WiFi is free in public spaces.

This Kuehlungsborn apartment is smoke free.
