Servicefreie ZONE

Begrüßung am Anreisetag ok, allerdings wurden die Daten der Onlinebuchung nicht korrekt erfasst, so dass wir nachzahlen mussten. Am Abreisetag fiel ab 7:00 Uhr die Warmwasserversorgung aus. Bis 10:00 Uhr war die Hotelleitung nicht in der Lage, den Notdienst zu motivieren, vorbeizukommen. Statt dessen gab es den Vorschlag, doch den Wasserkocher zu nutzen, um zu duschen. Echt WITZIG, wenn man auf dem Weg zu einer Silberhochzeit ist- der eigenen. Als wir die Hotelleitung sprechen wollten, gab es den Hinweis, dass man den Vhef besser nicht anruft, und schon gar nicht vormittags. Lage und Ausstattung ok, Service wie gesagt, sollte man nicht erwarten.
