The Aparthotel Rosenhof is a listed building from 1901 and is located on the edge of the Baltic Park. It was reopened in June 2019 after extensive renovations. 8 apartments were created. You can choose between 2- and 3-room app. choose. There are 2 app. on the ground floor, 3 apt. in the 1st Floor and 3 app. in the 2nd Floor. The apartments are all individually and modernly furnished. There is no elevator in this house. The aparthotel is only 150 m from the Baltic Sea. The prices for the apartments always include laundry, final cleaning, WiFi and breakfast for 2 people. A free parking space is available at the house. You can book a daily cleaning. Balcony. Parking space is available! The apartment Kronenburg unfortunately has no balcony / terrace. The apartments are connected to the Hotel Rosenhof. It is therefore possible to book breakfast, half board and daily cleaning on request.

Lolita:
Only 150 m from the beach you live in a 2-room apartment. The 50 sqm apartment is on the 1st Floor. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, with cable TV, radio, dining area (table and chairs) and kitchenette. The balcony with table and chairs goes to the east side. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.  The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. 

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

This apartment offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
