Nette, große Wohnung

Wohnung direkt am Stadtwald. Groß und gut geschnitten, modernes Bad, gute Küche. Rundum gute Wohnung, netter, wenn auch kleiner Balkon (Terrasse), am Ende des Ganges zur Wohnung. Anlage sehr gepflegt, Blick auf schönen kleinen Teich mit Bachlauf. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein großer (Pasta-)Topf wäre noch schön.

Es regnet in der Wohnung durch, offensichtlich ist das bekannt, da ein Gerüst an der Stelle am Haus

Eigentlich ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage, aber Bausubstanz muss man pflegen, sonst kommt es zu Schäden wir wir sie erfahren haben

was etwas doof war, ist der Tatsache geschuldet, das im Geschirrspüler mehrere benutzte Gläser standen, sorry, aber das ist nicht so toll. ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
