The bright 3-room apartment with balcony is on the 2nd OG and was fundamentally renovated in 2014 and refurbished with high quality.
A free parking lot with no height restrictions is available. Bicycle parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
The apartment is in a quiet area and is located in Kühlungsborn West.
The numerous shops and stores in your immediate vicinity invite you to stroll and shop. Restaurants and bars are on the promenade. Supermarkets (Lidil, Netto, Reformahaus), bakers, doctors and pharmacies can be reached in a one to two minute walk.
The beautiful sandy beach and concert garden can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot.
A gym, various bike rentals and the climbing forest for children and nearby.

The apartment has 3 rooms: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom / children's room with a loft bed and a living room furniture in real wood with enough storage space and a dining table with 4 chairs. All rooms are bright and friendly. In the entrance area there is a new kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a ceramic hob with 2 hotplates, dishes, cutlery and glasses for 4 people and plenty of space for. B. for food. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster complete the equipment.

A cleaning fee will be charged and is included in the final price.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar ein paar Brettspiele sind vorhanden.Beim Check- In gab's anfangs Probleme, da der Schlüssel nicht an der verabredeten Stelle zur verabredeten Zeit hinterlegt war. Zunächst war der Vermieter leider auch nicht sofort erreichbar. Durch die freundliche Unterstützung einer anderen Vermieterin kam schließlich eine Verbindung zustande und die Schlüsselübergabe fand innerhalb kurzer Zeit statt. Bei Probleme mit dem defekten Aufzug hingegen wurde sofort reagiert und umgehend eine Reparatur veranlasst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter an sich war problemlos und immer freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Lidl/ Netto sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar und haben sogar sonntags für ein paar Stunden geöffnet. Auch der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenfalls Restaurants und Souvenirshops. WLAN ist gratis, ist aber ab und an nicht 100 prozentig flüssig nutzbar. Ein Fahrradständer ist im Hof verfügbar, reicht aber leider nicht für alle Parteien, ein abschließbarer Radschuppen ist leider nicht vorhanden. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört ein gekennzeichneter Parkplatz, das ist top!

Tolle Wohnung

Super Aufenthalt ! Würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen! Man kann entspannt zum Strand laufen … auf dem Weg zum Strand sind zwei Discounter zum einkaufen, diverse Restaurants, Fischbuden und andere kleine Läden. Zwei wunderschöne Spielplätze in der Nähe. Leider war die Küche nicht ganz so sauber. Aber war jetzt nicht weiter tragisch - ein Spülertab für eine Woche war ein bisschen wenig aber okay. Allerdings ist das Thema Kurtaxe ausbaufähig.

Schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee

Die Wohnung war geräumig und schön, alles wichtige vorhanden. Mitten im Ort, super Lage zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zu den Restaurants. Einziges Manko: man muss sich selber um Kurkarten kümmern! Das war auch für die Kartenverkäufer ein Novum, Auskunft: das ist Sache des Vermieters!

Toller Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Kühlungsborn. Perfekte Lage, alles super sauber und gepflegt, neuwertiger Zustand. Wohnung 2.OG aber auch mit Kinderwagen durch Fahrstuhl bequem zu erreichen. Einziges „Manko“: im Kinderzimmer fehlt das Verdunklungsrollo, welches es aber im Schlafzimmer gibt. Gern wieder!

Schön und unkompliziert

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, nah am Wasser gelegen und dicht an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Fahrstuhl auch Kinderwagen-freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe entsprach nicht den Angaben der Mail, konnte dann aber telefonisch gut vor Ort geklärt werden.

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung in Kübo-West, mit Kleinkind durch Lage, Fahrstuhl und Wohnungsgröße sehr gut. Was leider fehlt sind Verdunklungsgardinen. Im Sommer wird es früh schon warm und hell.

Die Wohnung ist genau, wie beschrieben ausgestattet! Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter und die. Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und sehr engagiert! Darüber hinaus war die Wohnung sehr sauber! Weit über den Erwartungen bei einer Ferienwohnung. Leider hatte die Wohnung keine Rollos.

Hier hat wirklich alles gestimmt: Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem gepflegten Objekt in zentraler Lage. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliche Übergabe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und man ist schnell am Strand und der Promenade.

Sehr schöne 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandnähe

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Kühlungsborn. Die Wohnung ist klasse und die Lage wirklich spitze! In direkter Nähe befinden sich ein Netto und ein Lidl, mehrere Restaurants, ein Minigolfplatz, eine Postfiliale, eine Apotheke, zwei Eisdielen und viele kleine Läden für Postkarten und Strandequipment sowie die Waschoase. Den Strand erreicht man locker in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Strandkorbvermietung Abschnitt 17 ist am Ende der Herrmannstr. zu finden und eine Reservierung vorab war kein Problem. Zur Wohnung selbst gehört ein Stellplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite, was natürlich super ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (Richtung Herrmannstr. ausgerichtet) und ist per Aufzug oder Treppe zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch nordisch und neuwertig eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft tiptop sauber. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße, Familie S.

Leider doch recht laut Nacht...

Mit offenem Fenster leider recht laut direkt an der Straße (wird Nachts als Rennstrecke genutzt). Die Nähe zum Strand ist aber super. Alles in allem mit dem obigen Abstrich weiter zu empfehlen.

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben so eben 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut,zwar direkt an einer schon sehr befahrenen Straße aber bis zum Strand sind es nur 7 Gehminuten. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet,was man für 10 Tage benötigt. Sogar Kaffee war erstmal vorrätig und auch WC Papier,Gewürze und Geschirrspültabs. Das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und es gibt genug Stauraum vor allem für die Kleidung. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens. Dieser war schon bei der Anreise etwas sandig und unter dem Sofa wurde schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt. Aufgefallen ist es uns weil etwas unter das Sofa gefallen war. Auch die Außenumrandung von der Dusche war nicht einwandfrei sauber. Der Rest war aber in Ordnung. Schön wäre noch eine Waschmaschine aber das ist plstzmäßig nicht machbar. Unweit von der Wohnung gibt es aber ein Waschsalon. Zusammengefasst hat uns wirklich die super Ausstattung überzeugt und auch die schöne Einrichtung.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerfilter, Fön, Geschierspüler, Geschiertücher.....Die Matratzen sind prima. Eventuell könnte man auch im KInderzimmer noch ein Zusatzrollo zur Abdunklung anbringen. Gute Lage zum Weststrand. Leider mussten wir einen Tag früher wegen Corona zurück und die Geschäfte hatten bereits zu und Essengehen war natürlich auch eingeschränkt. Aber ein schöner Ort und wir kommen bestimmt im Sommer nochmal wieder.

Eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

... im beliebten Westteil Kühlungsborns. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Bis auf die etwas zu kleine Couch im Wohnzimmer, war alles super :) Die Möbel, wie Bett, Schränke und Kommoden haben uns super gefallen. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar klein aber man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Abwicklung ohne Bettwäsche und Handtücher hat bestens funktioniert. Das WLAN war auch vollkommen ausreichend. Beste Grüße!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn und haben die Wohnung und die zentrale Lage genossen. Trotz Nebensaison war viel Verkehr auf der Straße und auch noch viel los. Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen Kurztrip, wer sich selber dauerhaft versorgt, hat mit zwei Herdplatten evtl Probleme, aber das gastronomische Angebot ist groß. Das Bettwäsche und Handtücher Set haben wir nicht gebucht und konnten das auch frühzeitig klären. Vielen Dank für das Entgegenkommen.
