Hallo Upstalsboom, danke das wir euch kennenlernen durften. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Geschirr und Gläser sind reichlich und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Einziges Mango, die Auslegware hat doch schon einige Gebrauchsspuren, ohne Diese wäre es vielleicht besser. Im Bad konnte man sich gut bewegen, sogar an einen Sitz, für den angenehm großen Duschbereich, war gedacht - zwei Daumen hoch. Wenn man jetzt hier hätte noch den Heizkörper anmachen können, aber leider blieb Dieser kalt, das war ungemütlich. Für Sicherheit ist auch gesorgt, die Eingangstür zum Objekt schließt automatisch, Lichtschalter sind gut zu finden und alles funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist leise, man hört nicht die Nachbarschaft. Alles in Allem wir haben gut gewohnt und geschlafen, es war eine gute Wahl sich auf Upstalsboom einzulassen, gerne wieder.

ich kannte Kühlungsborn noch zu DDR Zeiten. Jedes Jahr den Urlaub, mit dem Enkelkind, bei Freunden verbracht. Damals war noch so vieles trist. Es hat sich viel verändert. Alles gut gepflegt, Strandpromenaden; Die Anbindungen mit Buslinie nach Rostock , Rerik usw. Der MOLLI sowieso immer noch toll! die Strandstrasse mit den vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Gaststätten.

gut bis schockierend

das äußere war ok, wie üblich sind zu wenig ablagemöglichkeiten (schlafzimmer) und Haken (bad) vorhanden. in der küche sind die kochtöpfe im hochschrank im obersten bord untergebracht. frage: wie soll ein älterer, unsicherer mensch auf einen tritt ohne haltemöglichkeit da ankommen? der herd ist seit sehr langer nur mangehaft geputzt worden. im bad muß dringend der schlauch für die dusche ausgetauscht werden, er trotz vor dreck, ohne hygienespray ekelt an sich. vielleicht sollte das bad einer grundreinigung unterzogen werden, dann fangen sie nachts auch keine silberfische. bei der schlüsselabgabe wurde ein exemplar der silberfische kommentarlos im papierkorb entsorgt. ansonsten war das wetter und das essen in den restaurants in ordnung.
