You live in a approx. 65m ² large 2-room apartment, which is located in the basement of a family home and was renovated in the spring of 2019. The living area is equipped with a large and comfortable sofa bed and a flatscreen TV. The bedroom has a box spring bed and a wardrobe. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this modern and quiet apartment. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Ferienwohnung, vor allem sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Lage in einem Wohngebiet in der Seitenstraße. Man kann das Auto auch mal stehen lassen und zu Fuß in ca.15 Minuten zur Promenade /ans Wasser laufen.

neue Souterrainwohnung mit großen Fenstern

Diese FW ist neu, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Deckenhöhe ist etwa 2,20m hoch, alle Fenster sind groß und lassen viel Licht einfallen, haben aber bis auf das Küchen- fenster durch Faltstores auch eine Sichtschutzfunktion. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist sehr ruhig (Sackgasse in Wohnsiedlung), wobei die Entfernung zum Supermarkt und Bäcker nur etwa 500m beträgt. Man hat einen PKW-Abstellplatz direkt am Haus und eine anschließbare Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, die allerdings nicht überdacht ist. Wenn man wie wir meist mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, sind alle Punkte des Ortes schnell erreicht.
