Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage direkt an Yachthafen, sowie die Nähe zum Zentrum und auch die Tiefga..

Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage direkt an Yachthafen, sowie die Nähe zum Zentrum und auch die Tiefgarade mit der Parkmöglichkeit für Auto und auch die mitgebrachten Fahrräder. Das Konzept ist gut durchdacht und auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Allerdings fanden wir, dass die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt ist, denn die Wände haben sehr viele Flecken und Schrammen insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Außerdem ist das sehr niedrige Bett eine Zumutung. Für ältere Menschen ein "no go" und auch für uns nicht wirklich konfortabel. Zum guten Erscheinungsbild der Wohnung passen auch nicht die Ameisenköderdosen im Wohnzimmer und Flur. Leider funktionierte auch das WLAN nicht.
