The historic building, once the Kurhaus of Kuehlungsborn, was rebuilt. The holiday complex "Haus Meeresblick" combines the bathing architecture of the turn of the century with modern design. The newly built and generously furnished apartments are located directly on the sea and some have a clear view of the Baltic Sea. You can spend your vacation in modern 45 to 60 sqm apartments. In the house there is a cafe, lifts, underground parking, a bicycle storage room, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, a waste room (separation of waste is desired!).

Only 10 m from the beach you live in a modern 2-room apartment. The 50 sqm apartment is on the 5th Floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, sideboard, cable TV, radio with CD player, dining area (dining table and 2 chairs) and a kitchenette. From the loggia to the west side I have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchenette was modernly equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, two-plate hob, toaster and kettle. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
