Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage, kurze Wege zum Hafen, Strand und Shoppingmeile. Die Schlafzimmer boten ausreichend Platz, man musste nicht "ins Bett hüpfen", was leider in vielen FeWo so gestaltet ist. Die Betten waren bequem, man konnte gut schlafen.
