It is a holiday home in Mediterranean style with columns, arches and a spacious courtyard with an attractive water landscape. The property is located in the district Kühlungsborn East. Nearby dining and shopping in the vicinity. The fine sandy beach and the pier is about 150 m, past shops, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina. In just 5 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn Ost, where the bus station is located. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just a few steps away from this facility. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.

Seit 1999 jedes Jahr im Mai !

Wir haben ihn genossen. Wenn man wollte könnte man in der relativ gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen, wir sind die 4 Tage Essen gegangen, aus gegebenen Anlass. Wir waren etwa Anfang 2000 schon einmal in der Laguna, hat sich gut gehalten! Leider sind nicht beide Schlafzimmer eingedeckt gewesen, sodass wir dem Bettzeug hinterher laufen mussten. Kommt man also nur zu zweit und möchte getrennte Schlafzimmer sollte man dies wohl angeben!!!
