It is a holiday home in Mediterranean style with columns, arches and a spacious courtyard with an attractive water landscape. The property is located in the district Kühlungsborn East. Nearby dining and shopping in the vicinity. The fine sandy beach and the pier is about 150 m, past shops, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina. In just 5 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn Ost, where the bus station is located. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just a few steps away from this facility. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Ruhig gelegen. Alle Räume mit Außenfenstern. Die Esse über dem Herd entlüftet sogar nach draußen. Große Dachterrasse über Eck in zwei Himmelsrichtungen. Nur wenige 100 m von der Seebrücke entfernt.
