The Villa Parkblick is located in a quiet central location in the district Kühlungsborn East between the Linden Park and the directly adjacent city forest. The beach street with its many boutiques, restaurants, cafes and shops for daily needs is just a few minutes walk from the property. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In about 4 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located.

The fine sandy beach through the city forest is just a 5 min walk (about 500m) and the pier is about 700m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.     The apartment has a parking space.

Sehr schöne FW in zentraler Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig, direkt am Stadtpark.

Schöne FW sehr ruhig trotzdem zentral, das einzige Mango ist der Fahrradabstellraum, der ist leider nicht mehr ausreichen, da jetzt sicherlich sehr viele Urlauber mit Rädern anreisen ist er viel zu klein wir hatten Probleme unsere Fahrräder unter zu bringen. Ansonsten alles Top 👍

Schöne Urlaubstage in jeder Wetterlage

Sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage nahe Strand und Seebrücke sowie Yachthafen. Ruhiges Umfeld, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, großer Balkon. Kleine Mängel der Einrichtung, wie z.B. defekte Tischplatte auf dem Balkon, ein nicht funktionierendes Radio sowie fehlende Reinigungsmittel für Küche ( Geschirr) und Bad (WC ) sollten behoben werden bzw. in der Beschreibung berücksichtigt. Dann weiß man, was man selbst noch mitbringen muss. Wir kommen gern wieder.
