The entire complex is characterized by modern resort architecture with Mediterranean style elements, columns and round arches and a unique water garden landscape, which gave the object the name. The building can be seen from afar through the beautiful dome tower. On cold days, you can warm up in the in-house sauna with relaxation room and outdoor area (surcharge / coin operated). Have you smeared your favorite garment, or did you not have enough change clothes with you? No problem: In a separate laundry room you have a washing machine and dryer against coin insertion available. For the bicycles, a generous bicycle cellar is ready. For each apartment is an underground parking space available. From the underground car park you can reach the apartment directly by elevator. Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? You live in a lovingly furnished 3-room apartment with about 72m ² living space. From the 32m² large balcony offers direct views of the Laguna Pond. The living room is furnished in the Mediterranean style with couch, TV, stereo, Esspaltz etc. This is followed by the open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and TV.  The bathroom with shower, bath and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. An underground parking space with an access height of 1.90 m is the apartment available. The house has an elevator and a large bicycle storage. Sauna, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.
