MEDITERRANEAN FLAIR IN TOP LOCATIONThe Laguna residence was built in 2003 and is one of the most beautiful holiday apartments in Kühlungsborn. The entire complex is characterized by modern resort architecture with Mediterranean style elements, columns and round arches and a unique water garden landscape, which gave the object the name. The building can be seen from afar through the beautiful dome tower. On cold days, you can warm up in the in-house sauna with relaxation room and outdoor area (surcharge / coin operated). Have you smeared your favorite garment, or did you not have enough change clothes with you? No problem: In a separate laundry room you have a washing machine and dryer against coin insertion available. For the bicycles, a generous bicycle cellar is ready. For each apartment is an underground parking space available. From the underground car park you can reach the apartment directly by elevator. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

L-28:
You live in a 50 m² large 2-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with Schlafchouch, dining area, TV, radio and kitchenette (4-plate ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and s.w.). From the living room you enter the east facing terrace. The bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available in original equipment. Final cleaning included!An underground parking space for the guests of this apartment is located in the house, please take note of the maximum clearance !. Washing machine, dryer and sauna are available for a fee.

Wir waren schon des öfteren in dieser Anlage. Auch diese Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Check-in verlief wie immer reibungslos. Es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Super Unterkunft und Objekt

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, da sich die Wohnung im toll gestalteten Innenhof des Objektes gefunden hat und wir die Ruhe genossen haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.
