Wir schreiben das Jahr 2024 und in dieser Unterkunft 2-22 gibt es kein WLAN!!! Zwar war eine Anleitung mit Passwort vorhanden, aber es gibt hierfür keinen Router. Mit dem schlechten Mobilfunkempfang oben drauf, kommt man sich in vergangene Zeiten zurückversetzt vor. Das Radio gibt nur einen Sender von sich, aber man kann über den TV Radiosender empfangen. Ob der DVD Player funktioniert weiß ich nicht, aber wer benutzt heutzutage noch DVD. Das größte Problem ist aber der seit Wochen ausser Betrieb genommene Lift. Wir sind beide Mitte der 60er, An und Abreise waren das größte Problem (bezüglich Gepäck), da wir in der 3.Etage wohnten. Man hat uns kurz vor Reiseantritt zwar informiert und uns ein paar % vom Reisepreis erstattet, aber der Lift war nach 14 Tagen Urlaub immer noch ausser Betrieb! Man könnte fast meinen, das dies so beabsichtigt sei. Leider ebenfalls ein Problem ist der Fahrradkeller, für Ebikes kaum zu benutzen, da diese wie bekannt recht schwer sind. Die viel zu schmale Rampe mit der steilen Treppe würde ich sogar als eine Gefahr betrachten. Urlauber welche oft zu Gast sind, haben dies schon oft bemängelt, ohne dass jedoch was daran geändert wurde. Unser Fazit, Kühlungsborn ist immer eine Reise wert, hat schöne Unterkünfte, nur leider gehört diese nicht unbedingt dazu. Man kann für den Preis mehr erwarten.

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und hat einen tollen Balkon. Alles ist gut per Fuß erreichbar und der Strand liegt unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Es wäre schön, wenn einige Einrichtungsgegenstände bei der Endreinigung kontrolliert werden könnten, dann wäre aufgefallen, dass der Besen und die Kehrgarnitur dringend ausgewechselt werden müssten. Die Schneidemesser sind stumpf und die Schmiermesser eignen sich nicht zum schmieren. Griffe von Töpfen sind locker und der Badeimer hat seine besten Zeiten auch schon hinter sich. Dies zusammen ergibt einen Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut für eine kleine Familie geeignet und wir freuen uns, im nächsten Sommer wieder dort zu sein.
