The Villa Käthe was built in 1906 in the style of the resort architecture and in 2006 very aufwenndig and lovingly refurbished. The house is located in the district east of the seaside resort Kühlungsborn directly on the city forest, which separates the two districts from each other. Located in the beach road, it is only a few minutes walk to the center east. Here are numerous boutiques, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops for daily needs. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located.
  The fine sandy beach and the pier are about 700 m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.  Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Mittlerweile unser 3. Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn und die 2. Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und die Wohnung hielt, was die Anzeige versprach.Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gab es dennoch: 1. Leider gab es in der Wohnungsmappe keinen Hinweis auf die Müllentsorgung. Durch Nachfrage bei der Agentur brachten wir dann in Erfahrung, dass die Tonnen beim Nachbarhaus im Schuppen standen.2. Die Unterbringung der Fahrräder im Keller (wie beschrieben) ist praktisch eine Herausforderung. Eine steile, enge Treppe ist weder für normale, besonders aber nicht für schwere eBikes geeignet. Eine anderweitige Unterbringung im Außenbereich ist nicht vorgesehen.Auch für das nächste Jahr ist Kühlungsborn bereits gebucht, wenn auch in einer anderen Unterkunft.

TraumFewo in Kühlungsborn

Objekt zentral gelegen, 750 m zur Ostsee, am Ende einer Einkaufsstraße. Da an 2 gut befahrenen Ortsstraßen gelegen, war es ab 6 Uhr etwas laut, aber man hat sich daran gewöhnt. Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet, alles, was Urlauber braucht war vorhanden. Etwas Innendeko hat gefehlt, ist aber Geschmacksache. Für Gehbehinderte ist 18-stufige Treppe zur Fewo nicht ideal. Wir haben schon öfters in der "Villa Käthe" gewohnt, da war aber die jetzige Fewo noch von einem alten, netten Herrn bewohnt. Wir waren mit der Fewo rundum zufrieden!!!

Leider waren auf teilweise sehr schlechten Radwegen zu viele, auch rücksichtslose, Radfahrer unterwegs. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend!

Sehr anspruchsvolle Ferienwohnung

Unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war von der Buchung, Zahlungsabwicklung bis zur Abreise ein voller Erfolg. Die Wohnung war in einem top Zustand. Es war alles so vorhanden, wie im Vorfeld beschrieben. Alles Klasse. Auch die Unterstellung der Fahrräder war sehr gut.
