You live in a comfortable 2-room apartment of about 45 sqm size, which is on the second floor. In the living room are located next to a comfortable sitting and dining area and stereo TV. The separate kitchen has a stove with oven, dishwasher, etc. From the living room you enter the balcony, where you can end the day. A double bedroom and a bathroom with tub and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment.  Bed linen and towels as original equipment. Non smoking!An underground parking space (max. Right in the center and just a stone's throw from the beach! The "Haus Hamburg" was built in 1902 in the style of the resort architecture and lovingly rebuilt in 2003. Between 2005 and 2010, the conservatory additions followed and in 2013, a new building was built which is also reminiscent of the style of the resort architecture. The combined apartment and commercial building is located in a prime location right on the beach road - in the center east of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn. Directly in the house there is a bakery, a small fish restaurant, an Irish pub and a fashion boutique. Numerous other restaurants, cafes, bakeries and boutiques in the immediate vicinity invite you to stroll, stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs, such as an EDEKA supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy or a drugstore are just a stone's throw away from the object. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In just 2 minutes you are at Molli-station Kühlungsborn-Ost, where the bus station is located. The fine sandy beach, the promenade and the pier are not even 100m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina. Our guests have a bicycle storage room and an underground parking space in the house.
