Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage. Direkt an der Seebrücke und nur wenige Schritte bis zur Strandpromenade und zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shopping, Restaurant und Bars alles dicht dabei und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das einzige wirklich negative ist die Möglichkeit der Unterbringung der Fahrräder. Nicht gut durchdacht. In der untersten Etage der Tiefgarage mit Treppen und um das Fahrrad herunter oder herauf zu schieben ein ganz schmaler Streifen. Mit Ebike eine Katastrophe. Ich als Frau habe das gar nicht hinbekommen.... Die Wohnung würde ich jeder Zeit wieder mieten, aber nur wenn ich nicht vor hätte mit Fahrrädern anzureisen. Schade......ansonsten war alles Top.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, großes Eltern Schlafzimmer und zum Innenhof gelegenes Kinder Schlafzimmer ( wo es sehr ruhig ist ). Toller Balkon zur Strandstraße hin, ideal wenn du dir gerne etwas mehr sehen möchtest und trotzdem für dich sein willst. Seitlicher Blick zum Meer. Viele schöne Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Becker ist direkt im Haus. Tolle Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl zu den Apartments. Alles ist so angelegt das kein Fremder in die Anlage kann, sehr schön.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wir haben und rundum zuhause gefühlt. An Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Selbst für unseren kleinen Biewer-Yorkshire-Terrier waren Fress- und Trinknapf vorhanden. Ein Becker für frische Brötchen war gleich nebenan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wiederkommen. DANKE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
