Leider waren wir mit der Übergabe der Wohnung nicht zufrieden. Wir sind die ganze Nacht gefahren u..

Leider waren wir mit der Übergabe der Wohnung nicht zufrieden. Wir sind die ganze Nacht gefahren und waren um 8 Uhr bei ihnen im Büro. Eine Mitarbeiterin erklärte uns dass es nicht möglich ist früher die Wohnung zu erhalten. Um 11.00 Uhr rie uns die Mitarbeiterin an dass die Tiefgaragenschlüssel zu haben wären. Das half uns leider nichts. Später haben wir gelesen dass man die Wohnung bereits um 10 Uhr verlassen muss. Um 14 Uhr bekamen wir die Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Außerdem mussten wir für die Tiefgarage extra bezahlen. Wo soll man sein Auto denn parken???Wir waren nicht zufrieden mit der gesamten Betreuung vor Ort und werden das auch in der Bewertung schreiben.
