The 63m² cozy apartment is located upstairs and offers an open living room with a beautiful new kitchen.
There is a free Wi-Fi, a LED flat screen Smart TV and a music system available.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two convertible single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. A fireplace makes for cozy evenings. Firewood is in the shed ready for you.

The 12m² balcony offers a wonderful view of the cooling, the mill, the city and the sea and the masts of the sailboats.
The balcony is equipped with comfortable furniture and you can enjoy the sun from noon until sunset.


Beach Runner Apartments:
The apartments are designed by the architect N. Wöhlk newly created in a former Büdnerei. The house is located on a large garden plot. The three 53, 58 and 63 m² apartments stand out through a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the cooling and the mill. Marina, beach and city center are within easy reach. Guests looking for relaxation and tranquility are right here. Baker and supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes. Our guests have access to a large garden with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue area. Each apartment has a parking space, a bicycle shed is available.
The unique location of the apartments is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, for example to Heiligendamm or in the cooling. In about 3 km away is the golf course, there are taster courses possible.


Apartment 1: The special feature of Apartment 1 is a conservatory that expands the living area and creates plenty of space.
The conservatory is followed by a separate terrace, of course, the garden with barbecue and beach chair is also available.
Especially on darker days, the apartment 1 through the winter garden is very bright.
The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating for the cooler days, so the apartment is always cozy.

A bicycle shed at the house is available.
A free parking space belongs to the apartment.

Apartments 2 and 3: From Apartment 2 you have a wonderful panoramic view from the cooling of the mill to the harbor with the masts of the sailboats.
From noon, the spacious balconies are in the sun, which you can accompany on your cozy balcony furniture throughout the afternoon and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

On cooler days, you can heat the fireplace. We have some wood ready for you in the small woodshed on the garden plot.

The location: Quiet and yet centrally-in about 10 minutes you can reach the turbulent bustle in the city center, the beach street with many small boutiques and the beach.
The beach runner apartments are located at the height of the harbor, which you reach quickly via a beautiful path through a small residential area.
The apartments offer you the benefits of tranquility, the use of outdoor facilities and a nice starting point for walks to the beach and cycling on the European bike path.
