The Villa Waldrose is a multi-family house built in 1905 located in a beautiful central location in the district east of the seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Just outside the front door is the "green heart" of Kühlungsborn: the Kühlungsborner city forest and the lovingly created carp pond. It is only a few minutes walk to the train station Mitte and the train station Ost of the historic train station Molli. Numerous shops, pharmacy and various doctors are within less than 500m. 

The promenade, the pier and the fine sandy beach are about 800m. This can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and less than 5 minutes by bike.
