The Waldhaus is a listed building in the spa style of the turn of the century and was extensively and lovingly renovated in 1999. The property is located in the district West of the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn and only three minutes walk from the fine sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.  The apartment has a parking space and a terrace. Washer and dryer are available for a fee. Furthermore, there is a bicycle storage room in the house.  OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? T-10:
You live in a 51 m² 3-room apartment in the 1st. Upstairs. In the living room there is a mind-celled couch, radio and TV, and the dining area. From here you can access to a furnished balcony. It is followed by the kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). In the first Bedroom is a double bed and takes you to the second Balcony. The second Bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds.  The bathroom with shower completes the picture of this apartment. Per person you have a laundry package as original equipment available. A parking space at the house is available. Pets are not allowed.
