AN OASIS IN GREEN IN A QUIET CENTRAL LOCATION The Wohnpark an der Mühle in the Cubanzestrasse was built in 1996. The apartments can be reached in the individual houses via external wooden stairs. These and many other wooden elements give the complex Wohnpark am Mühle their own style. Each apartment has a spacious terrace or balcony, sometimes two, which invite you to relax.  In this extensive complex there is also a barbecue area, a gazebo and some games for children. Our guests have a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for a fee in a separate washhouse. Each apartment has a car parking lot, partly as a carport parking space. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Ausbaufähig

Die Möbel sind komplett abgewohnt und locker schon 20 Jahre alt und nicht gepflegt. Der Teppichboden, welcher in der kompletten Wohnung verlegt ist, besteht aus Flecken, Brandlöchern und Kaugummies. Man muss eine Endreinigung bezahlen, wird allerdings dazu angehalten die Betten abzuziehen, alles Besenrein zu hinterlassen etc. Wir haben die Wohnung jedoch in einem schmutzigen Zustand übergeben bekommen, die Küche und deren Inhalt klebte. Im Badezimmer waren diverse Körperflüssigkeiten und Stoppeln der Vormieter zu finden. Einzig und allein die Betten waren frisch bezogen und wir bekamen frische Handtücher. Auch mit Spülmaschinetaps wurden wir versorgt, jedoch mit keiner Spülmaschine. Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

primitive Balkonausstattung auf dreckigen Balkonen

Die zwei Balkone waren sehr dreckig. Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit zumindest den groben Dreck zu entfernen, da es weder Besen noch Handfeger / Kehrschaufel gab. Der Staubsauger wurde am Schlauch durch ein Papiertaschentuch abgedichtet. Die Wohnung als solches ist sehr schön !! Die Außenanlage zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir da waren war sehr ungepflegt, sodass man sich nach einem Regenschauer durch die verwucherten Büsche schlagen musste. Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen bedarf es eines längeren Weges vom Parkplatz ( Carport ) u. das mit Gepäck für eine FW - heftig. Nicht selten wurde uns die Frage von suchenden FW Gästen nach ihrer Wohnung gestellt, da deutliche Hinweise auf die Häuser fehlen !!! Wir mußten auch suchen , zum einen durch das Gebüsch zum anderen durch nicht sichtbare Hausnummern u. Wohnungs Nr. Hinweise. Der zweite Balkon ist nur durch verrücken von einem Bett zu erreichen !!! .... übrigens auf dem Bild zu erkennen.
