浜辺にも徒歩で行ける距離で、早朝に朝日を見に行きました。 他の宿泊客に気兼ねすることなく家族だけで過ごせるのがとてもよかった。 テラスでバーベキューの後露天風呂も気持ちが良かった。 清掃もきちんとされていて、不快なところはなかった。パジャマと、アメニティにブラシがなかったのが残念。 それ以外はとても満足

２度目の利用です

２度目の利用です。とりあえず快適に過ごせる設備は整っていて、露天風呂もあってコスパは良いと思います。九十九里近辺でのレジャーにはオススメです。 前回はなかった残念な点とした、今回は清掃が適当な印象をうけました。テーブルは全くといっていいほど拭かれておらず、ぱっと見から飲み物の跡か何かでベトベトで、自分達で拭き直したら拭いた布がまっ茶色になりました。また、空気清浄機は横から見えるフィルターにホコリで詰まっているのが明らかで、しばらく手入れしていないのがわかりました。エアコンも外から見えるところに埃がたくさんついていて、こちらも最近は手入れをしていないのだろうと想像ができてしてまいました。出来れば3回目以降も是非利用したいので、これを見て改善していだけることに期待しています。

サーフィン目的で宿泊しましたが、ビーチまで徒歩５分という好立地で非常に快適でした

サーフィン目的で宿泊しましたが、ビーチまで徒歩５分という好立地で非常に快適でした。更に私の宿泊した部屋の２階ベランダからは海も見えましたので、事前に波チェックができるのも便利でした。冬サーフィンは寒風吹きすさぶ中で着替えるのが大変苦痛なのですが、室内でウェットに着替えビーチへ歩き、サーフィンを終えて戻ったら、敷地内のシャワーを浴びて部屋へ戻り着替えられるという、言うこと無しの導線に感動しました。夏はサーファーに限らず海水浴客なども含めて予約の争奪戦になりそうですね。 部屋自体も非常に綺麗かつ設備が整っていましたので、嫁と子供共々、滞在を楽しんで過ごすことができました。一点、ベランダでの入浴に関しては、シャワーブースとの行き来で洗面所の床が結構濡れてしまうので注意が必要かと思いました。 ベランダでのBBQや入浴、寝室での映画鑑賞会などやりたいこと盛りだくさんで時間が足りないぐらいでしたので、次回は連泊でゆっくり利用したいと思います。 季節を問わず海が大好きな我が家の定宿決定です！ありがとうございました！
