The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁

喫煙室でしたがまだ臭いが少ない部屋だったので助かりました ただ換気扇のスイッチがどこにあるのか分からなかった スタッフさんの対応は丁寧で物腰柔らかくて良かったです 近隣は居酒屋が多いので食べるものには困らないです 朝食はあるあるですが早めに行かないとおかずがほとんどないって場面が多々あります
