Great location with onsite parking just 1300 yen overnight, even if that’s full there are public parking lots nearby. Hot bath on top floor definitely best thing not to be missed.

Nice hotel, the only thing is only allow 45mins for breakfast, no exceptions. Difficult for the elderly. My parents are both around 80 years old, with slow motion and problem teeth. We are there on vacation to visit my grandfather’s old school. It was very stressful to begin the day with this 45 mins breakfast rule.

The room was nice and clean, but it lacked personality, such as would be provided with by artwork. The staff upon entering was not friendly. We did not feel welcome. We were not warmly greeted as in other Asian hotels I have visited. I asked if there was breakfast available. Because I had not booked with breakfast, she told me no, but did not offer the option to purchase it. The entry area was confusing as we did not know reception meant front desk, or check in. Housecleaning was good, providing fresh towels and water daily. Amenities were skimpy. Coffee and tea would be nice to have.
