Step into the main living area, which features a spacious den and dining space. Sweeping ocean views through large windows greet you as you enter. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and sits adjacent to the dining area, allowing ocean views from every angle. Guests can enjoy the huge HDTV from the den or dining area, and sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront deck overlooking the private pool, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. A half bath is located just off the den. The primary bedroom on this floor features a king-size bed, HDTV, private bath with tub and stand-up shower, and private access to the oceanfront deck.

On the top floor, there is another den with a huge HDTV, sleeper sofa, and access to the third-floor oceanfront deck. This level also offers four additional bedrooms, including two oceanfront primary bedrooms with king-size beds, private baths with tubs and stand-up showers, HDTVs, and deck access. The remaining bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and private bath and one with two twin beds and a private bath.

Step down to the ground floor, which offers a large bedroom with a full bath that can also double as a den. This room includes a set of bunk beds, a pullout sofa, and an HDTV—perfect for family or friends. Conveniently located near the private pool, this space also features a wet bar and small fridge for easy entertaining.

Guests can enjoy endless hours of fun at the beachfront and private pool, perfect for swimming, relaxing, and entertaining. Additional amenities at Big Kahuna include WiFi, two washer/dryer sets (one on the third floor and one on the ground floor), an outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor half bath, and a starter kit with toilet paper and paper towels. The maximum occupancy is sixteen guests, including children, with parking for up to six cars. Please note that no parking is allowed on grass, sand, or the side of the road, and improperly parked vehicles must be moved.
