The view from the deck of this top floor condo is incredible, you can see the shoreline go on forever! If you love to people watch, the beach is right there in front of you. The walkway from your condo to the beach is next to the building, and you are literally just steps away from the sand. Imagine yourself enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Atlantic. Or perhaps you prefer late afternoon drinks on the deck. Either way, you'll quickly settle in to island time and love it!

This condo has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps eight. The primary suite has sliders that open out to the deck and a comfy king-size bed with new mattress. The living room is large enough for all of you and has a flat screen Smart TV and Wi-Fi. There is a beautiful fireplace with shiplap surround. The kitchen has everything you'll need except your food. It has just been completely renovated with all new custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, beautiful subway backsplash and a new oven! The entire kitchen, dining and living area has been re-painted, and beautiful warm flooring has been installed throughout the space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have been updated as well, with new vanities and flooring. You will have two covered parking spaces out of the sun and one additional space during your stay. You will also have complete access to three outdoor pools in the summer and a fully equipped Rec Center year round right across the street. It has a heated indoor pool, whirlpool sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard court, and a playground for the kids. We also provide a good amount of household supplies for your stay and a storage bin for all your beach gear.

Come stay with us, and you'll be glad you did! Activities close by include: the Kure Beach Pier, the Carolina Beach boardwalk, the NC Aquarium, the Fort Fisher Civil War museum, or hop on the ferry and stroll around Southport. Kure Beach has a skate park and a disc golf course. The town park also has a new playground, tennis courts, and soccer field.
