體驗不錯， 鄰近西鐵及巴士站。 附近有便利店。 不過夜晚有少少嘈， 因為附近店鋪收得晚。 不過房間有提供耳栓。 房門沒有內鎖， 所以貴重物品要跟身。 門口不是到頂的， 易聽到其他房間發出的聲音。

ミニマム希望のツーリストにはうってつけ。。

ミニマムな作りで、朝食（滞在日は野菜カレー）もあり、満足です。添え付けの耳栓をすれば、となりのいびきも気にならないはず。施錠できないのは、ホテルという位置付けでないこと？からでしょうか。少々面倒ですが、ロッカーでセキュリティも大丈夫。福岡市内ホテルがとんでもない価格でとても助かりました。

部屋の仕切りがアコーディオンカーテンで上部は空いているため、かなり周りの音が気になる。隣りの宿泊者の咳や他の部屋からは時折り大きな声で連れの呼んだり充分な睡眠が取れなかった。普通のホテルと思い予約したが学生の合宿所みたいな感じ。まあ値段もそれなりに安いので気にならない人ならいいかも。
