駅から少し離れていますが、静かな環境です。 部屋は広く快適でした。Wifi環境も良好でした。 朝食はバイキングでなくセットメニューですが必要十分な量でした。 駅近隣のチェーンホテルより高額ですが、部屋の広さを考えれば納得できます。

スタッフの皆さんが親切でした。禁煙希望から喫煙室になってしまったのですが、空気清浄機や清浄スプレーを用意してくれました。匂いはどうしても取れなかったですが、対応が良かったので、まずまず良かったです。部屋は古いなりに清潔感ありでよかったです。朝食も美味しく、ボリュームもありました。働きに来てる方が利用してるようで、近い部屋から大きな声や音も聞こえずよかったです。枕が高いのがわたしには合わなくて残念。2種類くらいあるといいかな。あと、美顔器の貸し出しはとても良かったです。感染対策も出来ていました。とにかく落ち着いて過ごせるホテルでした。駐車場も敷地内無料はいいですね。機会があればまた利用したいです。

とても便利で助かりました。

部屋も広く、清潔感があった。 お風呂はユニットバスだったが、広々していてゆっくりできました。 駅にも近く、駐車場も広くてチェックアウト後も利用できたのでとても助かりました。また利用したいです。 近江八幡からの道がとても渋滞するので時間は余裕をもってがいいと思います。

全般には、ビジネスでの滞在は問題ありませんでした。毎日清掃もいいし、お風呂もまあまあ広くてよかったです。ただ、室内にある少し古めの湯沸かしポットにいっぱいの水を入れてくれているサービスは要らない、水道水かミネラルウォーターなのか分からず使いたくない。

ちょっと周辺が寂しい。 ホテルと企業があるビルがくっついていて 場所がわかりにくかった割には 駅前周辺の他ホテルよりも 割高でした。朝食が予約制の定食しか対応していないところが、調理人がいないことをアピールするのと同じやなあと感じました。

建屋は恐らく古いと思いますが、部屋の中の施設は新しくリニューアルしてあり、またアメニティグッズも豊富な上に、フロントでの貸し出しも充実していました。 また、本当は禁煙に泊まりたかったが、喫煙しか空いていなかった為に喫煙室泊まりになった事への対応に細かに気づいて戴くなど、従業員の方々が良かったです。

Good sized room for 3 people, though we didn't realise one bed would be smaller than the others. It was not a problem though. Bathroom needed a little extra cleaning and the shower curtain probably needed replacing if you looked close enough. Reception kindly let us leave our bags after checkout so we could get lunch before leaving Kusatsu.
