I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

The area where hotel located is in izakaya area. Very convenience but slightly noisy. Especially no air conditioners season, if just open the window, louder drinkers voice you can hear until midnight.

Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

素泊まりプランを利用しました。駐車場は道を隔てた場所を利用することになりましたが、スタッフの対応も良かったです。近隣はホテルや居酒屋さん等があり食事には困らないと思います。

釧路への一人旅にお勧めします

釧路駅から少し距離があり、私はスーツケースを持っていたので210円払って路線バスに乗りました。駅前のホテルより少し価格が抑えめでした。その代わり夕食はホテルそばで選び放題です。 このホテルの良いところは、ウェルカムドリンクが充実していて日本酒まで置いてあること、好きな枕を選べること、朝食がとても充実していてレストランの作りもゆったりしていること、などがあり、他のビジネスホテルチェーンに泊まるよりこちらのホテルのほうが旅を楽しめると思います。
