There restaurant isn’t worth the price, the hotel is far from everything, there is no AC in the restaurant, you have to pay for shuttle to and from the airport even though it stated it was offered. Can find way better hotels near everything for less.

Found a cockroach on the wall, ciling was leaking had to be moved, dinner and breakfast was not worth the 150,000 a person. Even 50,000 would be too much.

Very enjoyable stay. Arrived late after a long flight, greeted by a friendly efficient check-in. Room was lovely. Spotless, with a supremely comfortable bed. Breakfast selection was amazing and delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing that was very frustrating was when we arrived to the airport we’re looking for the airport shuttle to find out they didn’t have one. They said we have to schedule it and also have to pay for it. Means it’s not offered like it states on Expedia. We had to pay 200,000. The hotel it self is really nice expect my blackout curtains wouldn’t close all the way and people across from our room could see in. The staff is amazing very sweet, kind, and professional. The shower pressure is great although the waterfall head didn’t work but the other hand one worked. The breakfast is overpriced but very yummy and the hand made coffee was great. If you need something close to the airport this is it. Will stay again when we leave since it’s near the airport. Amazing staff.

Comfort in Kuta

We chose this location to be close to the airport. Our room was good sized and well laid out. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Our lunch in the restaurant was very good. We checked out the 6th floor and thought it was great but we ran out of time! We had a great stay here.

We stay here always for our first night in Bali. We walk across from the airport then move on to our more long term stay for our break the next day. If our flight is delayed we aren't concerned as we haven’t spend top dollar on luxury accommodation. The staff try very had. Special mention to Windu and Excell at the front desk. I named Excell… Excel Spreadsheet which i believe is a classic dad joke nickname. Will stay again.

The room was spacious and clean, however the reason we booked the room was the airport shuttle. Upon arrival we were told that the shuttle service only does drop offs at the airport from Monday-Thursday and pick up only on Fridays based on requests.
