Clean hotel and nice rooms!

Very nice hotel! It's clean, the staff is great, the pool is incredible and overall, it's a very nice hotel for the price. Kind of far from the restaurants and the beach, but good location for travelling arouns with a driver.

Nice breakfast!

The breakfast buffet was really nice. The room is clean and tidy and with strong hair dryer!! There is a shopping mall nearby, so we had dinner at the mall (a lot of good restaurants!). Walkable distance (around 15-30 mins) to Kuta beach.

Nice hotel. Its close to the airport And walking distance from mall. I love the breakfast buffet too. Very reasonable price. I'll stay in this hotel again.

Initially I was bit disappointed coz the hotel was bit far from the tourist area and the beaches... but later on, the warm hospitality and the comfort provided by hotel made me change my mind....the stuffs were very friendly. Moreover, mall galleria and the hypermart was just connected to the hotel for convenience shopping , food and hangout... I lost some money due to a cheater in a local money changer. The next day , hotel manager Mr koming helped me out, he filed police case. Also asked the hotel transport provider to give me discount on wherever I go ... it was more than a help to me ... for my Next visit to Bali I will definitely choose Harris galleria

Convenient, clean and safe hotel!

It was really nice and clean hotel. The service was amazing! The location was also close to the airport. So it's convenient however, if you want a beach view then it might not be feasible for you. It's a local city view from the balcony. The shopping mall is close by so many things to do there. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

Our stay at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria has been tremendous especially with the friendly staff from Concierge, front office and the bell boy. They display friendliness, well groomed, polite greetings and offered us the hotel facilities more than they should have done. Great staff, well done !!

Nice hotel, close to DFS.

We stayed in Harris hotel Kuta Galleria for only one night. I booked the hotel online just before flying back to Perth, as I previously stayed in Harris hotel in Seminyak and I was happy about service, price, and facility. We found staff are very polite and well trained. They were flexibly responded our requests. Room was very clean and quiet. I also liked buffet b'fast as there were tasty Indonesian foods that I had never tried. I will probably go back to the hotel when I go to Bali again.

Quite new hotel on busy road and convenient to airport, but well insulated, so noise is not a problem. Close to large shopping centre. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. Included breakfast had a large choice of Asian and western dishes and was very nice.

The location is good, close to shopping centre and airport. Breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel is quite new but the sewage smell at bathroom was terrible. Room service is bad. My husband asked for one extra blanket and after 1 hour the reception girl called to say they didn't have any extra available. I called again to ask for it, one guy came and checked our room then finally gave us one. It's just ridiculous to have a hotel that not willing to provide extra blanket to their guests!

good business trip hotel

Good value for money. Big rooms and quite clean. Neighbourhood is not the nost thrilling, about 30 minutes away from what you would consider the interesting part of Kuta. More of a business hotel.
