First class holiday

First class treatment from the minute we arrived to the minute we left this hotel. Every member of staff genuinely strived to ensure your holiday was want you wanted and expected nothing in return (no hints at tips like you experience at many other hotels around the world!) Pool towels are plentifully provided as are the beds around the pool. We used all the hotel amenities i.e. Spa, restaurants, ice cream/coffee shop, corn on the cob cart, money changing facility, shop, pool and pool bar and can honestly say all were fantastic. We also used the hotel to organise our excursions and again first class. On arrival the manager had even put a personalised cake in the fridge in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location of the hotel was great for us. It is located on a quiet beach, ten minutes walk from the busy Kuta beach and commercial area and ten minutes from the airport (but not under any flight paths). We holiday two or three times a year and can say with all things considered this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Well worth the 17 hours of flying it took us to get there ! A RECOMMANDER

A recommander, nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hotel, son emplacement, son cadre, l'ambiance, le personnel tres souriant et attentionné, chambre spacieuse et tres propre, les restaurants excellents, tres bon rapport qualite prix, que du bonheur et nous reviendrons !

sehr gutes und sauberes hotel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Hotelanlage immer sauber, etwas viele Kinder und Päärchen aber die waren sehr tolerant! Guter Roomservice! Essen war etwas teuer für balinesische Verhältnisse aber dafür sehr gut!
