High quality spacious bungalow ideal for a couple enjoying the privacy, quietness and private pool/ covered sun bed, whilst still in an older style resort, in an excellent position close to Kuta Beach. Our third stay over the past 2 years. Breakfast included, however basic compared to most hotels.

The resort is lovely and is an oasis in the busy Kuta. Staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was that the rooms were not insulated against noise of other rooms, and so I ‘listened’ to the tv with my neighbour each night. Very poor acoustics.

kuta puri was great! got in really late from hotel and felt safe getting a grab driver to this hotel and stayed for the night! hotel staff was kind, welcoming and made check in and check out super easy!

On arriving 1hr early before check in we were told had to have 1 double bed but wanted 2 singles so we had to wait an hour which was no problem all sorted eventually and staff were great very accommodating love the hotel stay annually everything about it is great no negatives Love the area

Upon checking in I find that none of the money I paid to Wotif, Rp1,350,000, my first payment, has been credited to Kuta Puri and so I must pay the full Wotif quoted amount of Rp 2,700,000 for two nights' accommodation. I have therefore been ripped off by the amount I have already paid to Wotif, that is Rp1,350,000. But it gets worse. If I had booked direct with Kuta Puri my room rate would have been Rp900,000. So I paid Rp450,000 per night more than necessary. This excess, plus the amount I already paid Wotif and received no credit for, totals Rp2,250,000 or AUD$225.00. This is the amount I have been ripped off. I will never book through Wotif again
