Grand Çinar

My stay was fine. It’s a large hotel and my room was really very big. The bathroom was also large. The bed was so very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. It’s a bit remote out in the suburbs but I knew that when I booked so I can’t complain. I think they are perhaps more geared towards the Turkish side of the market.

normalde oglen saat 2 gibi giris yapacak sekilde planladigim konaklamami, bazi aksakliklardan dolayi gece 11de gerceklestirdim. odaya girdigimde yatagin bozuk oldugunu, etrafta coplerin oldugunu, havasiz ve sigara icildigini gordum. giris yapmadan asagi inip baska oda vermelerini soyledim. ancak dalga gecer gibi baska oda olmadigini, hemen temizleyeceklerini soylediler. bu kadar vurdumduymaz bu kadar isini sevmeyen insanlarin bu isi yapmamasi gerekiyor. ozellikle otel muduru hic ilgilenmedi. yarim saat lobide bekledikten sonra odaya ciktigimda sadece etrafin toparlandigini anladim, tuvalet ve banyonun temizligi yapilmamis, havlu ve tuvalet kagidi konulmamisti. cikarken bir kez daha sikayetimo dile getirdigimde ise yogunluk var olur oyle denildi. halbuki yaklasik 12 saat gec gitmeme ragmen odanin duzenlenmemesi ve temizlenmemesi cok buyuk bir sorun. kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. aldiklari para da haram olsun.
