Step into timeless charm and modern comfort at "The Lake House", a beautifully restored 125-year-old estate nestled in the heart of Kuttawa. With breathtaking views of Lake Barkley available from your bedroom or the sunroom, this is the perfect place to enjoy a getaway with family or friends.

Located literally just steps away from the water and Hu-B's Marina, you'll have easy access to lakeside dining, live music, boat rentals, boat ramps, picnic areas, hiking trails, and endless adventure.

If staying closer to the property is your preference, then you could unwind in the 7-person hot tub or enjoy a good book in the sunroom while catching a view of Lake Barkley in the distance.

For family fun or outdoor excursions, Venture River Waterpark is just a 4-minute drive away. If you're craving even more outdoor adventure exploration, the scenic Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is just a 10-15 minute drive away and offers hiking, biking, bison and elk viewing, fishing , hunting and unforgettable sunsets.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels, hand towels, washcloths, and makeup towels in shower.
Garbage bags can be placed in either of the two large bins by the garage.
To lock the door using the keypad you touch any button to activate the keypad then press and hold the lock symbol until the voice says “locked”.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
