The ski-in ski-out semi-detached cottage is located along the Tykkylaakso slope. Straight from the yard to the slope and back. Local lift super fast Masto express chair lift. Outdoor-skiing-cross-country-downhill cycling routes right next door.

The apartment offers wonderful views of the fells tens of kilometers away, the area is known for its snow-covered trees.

A high-quality and well-equipped semi-detached house at the end of the road, from which there is a lighted and asphalted bike and walking path to the village of Ruka.

The middle floor has the main entrance, two bedrooms; one with a 180cm double bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Plenty of closet space for clothes in the hallway and bedrooms. Separate Wc. A well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a large balcony with wonderful views.

Upstairs is a loft with 4 beds. Small room with 2 beds. (upper floor at its highest point 172cm).

Downstairs there is a glazed cooling terrace at the second entrance. Washroom (2 showers), sauna, toilet, washing machine and drying cabinet. Dressing room.

Good storage facilities for outdoor equipment; separate remote work/equipment room of 20 square meters, where you can store and maintain ski equipment, bicycles, etc. Or use the space as a quiet study. There is also a sofa bed and a working table for maintenance or remote work tasks.
