☃ ◣WINTER/SNOW◢ ☃

❆ If you think the safety and convenience of your trip is going to be compromised by a storm, please reach out to us. We can always re-book your trip.
❆ If you decide to proceed with your reservation despite storm warnings, please come prepared. Be ready to install chains. Bring an emergency kit, extra blankets, shovels, water, flashlight. Sometimes US-50 is closed during heavy snow.
❆ The small road leading to the cabin is plowed by Caltrans. But keep in mind that they might not get to it right away as they work on Highway 50 which is a higher priority.
❆ Our property manager clears snow at the cabin and driveway whenever possible. In case you wake up in the morning and see a foot or two of fresh snow and have to dig your car out, we have lots of snow shovels. Again, your family's safety and convenience is important to us, so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you think the storm will cause you a major headache.



◣CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES◢

✮ Easy Self-check-in with a code of Smart Lock. Check in is anytime after 4pm. Please read important Check-In/Check-Out instructions upon your arrival. The water shut-off procedure is very important to follow during the winter months.

◣CANCELLATION POLICY◢

Full Refund 30 days before check-in date minus 3% payment processing fees. All Cancellation requests will occur with payment processing fees of 3% non-refundable. Stripe payment processor collects such fees

The tiny community of Kyburz, a woody area with cabins surrounding

Other Things to Note:
“We have two security cameras outside of the cabin for owner & guests safety. One camera on the deck area pointing street entrance and driveways. And one camera near side-door for monitor parking / EV Charging area.” There's Absolutely no camera or listening device inside the cabin.
